Our 2026 sales fee structure

Apartments, houses and private mansions

Sales mandate: 6% incl. VAT payable by the seller, unless otherwise specified in the mandate.

Purchase negotiation mandate: 6% incl. VAT payable by the buyer.

 

Castles and manor houses

Sales mandate: 7% incl. VAT payable by the seller, unless otherwise specified in the mandate.

Purchase negotiation mandate: 7% incl. VAT payable by the buyer.
